We meet at 10am for a safety brief and coffee, then its off into the forest to collect out delicious foraged treasures. we will stop along the way to look at and learn about the life of the forest and the difference between edible and non edible mushrooms. We may find some elusive endemic orchids as we move deeper into the forest. Then, in a clearing, our deluxe camp will appear - thinks fire, warm blankets, crystal glasses and linen tablecloths. Be welcomed by my attentive staff as we seat you around our amazing table, ready to serve you a delicious six course lunch - all featuring our foraged delights. Our resident sommelier Rafe Nottage, manager of Bream Creek Vineyard, will pour your expertly matched wines, to highlight the already amazing experience of our exclusive tour. Not a drinker, no problem - we can provide you with some delicious non alcoholic options.
